Terms of Service
Effective: October 2, 2026
Use of KitchenSpring
KitchenSpring provides software tools intended to assist with food-business operations. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business, financial, tax, food-labelling, production or other decisions.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity conducted through their authorized accounts and devices. Access must not be used to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, access another customer's information without authorization, or use KitchenSpring unlawfully.
Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the business information and content they enter into KitchenSpring. KitchenSpring may process that information as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Third-party services
Some KitchenSpring features may depend on third-party platforms, integrations or services. Their availability and operation may change independently of KitchenSpring, and use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Development-stage service
During development and testing, features may change, be unavailable, contain errors or require maintenance. Test users should maintain appropriate copies of important business records and should not treat development-stage functionality as a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, regulatory or food-safety advice.
Final commercial terms
Pricing, subscriptions, cancellation, service availability, support commitments, warranty limitations and other commercial terms will be finalized and published before KitchenSpring is offered for general paid customer use.
